Job Overview

Our organization seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Security Operations expert to lead complex implementations of Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in designing and integrating ServiceNow SecOps architecture with threat intelligence and vulnerability scanning tools, resulting in successful deployments within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration
    • Oversee end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations modules – VR and SIR
    • Customize workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules for VR/SIR
    • Implement integrations with threat intelligence platforms and vulnerability scanners
    • Develop automation using Flow Designer or Security Orchestration (SOAR)
  • Requirements Gathering & Design
    • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams, risk management, and IT operations to gather detailed requirements
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans
  • Integration & Automation
    • Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with external tools such as SIEMs, CMDB, scanners, threat intel platforms, and ticketing systems
    • Develop orchestration and remediation workflows for auto-assignment, enrichment, escalation, and resolution
  • Testing & Deployment
    • Perform UAT, defect resolution, and cutover activities
    • Ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance during deployment
  • Documentation & Training
    • Produce solution design documents, implementation runbooks, and end-user training materials
    • Conduct knowledge transfer and handover sessions for clients and internal teams
