We are seeking a visionary Security Architect to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy.

This mission-critical role combines technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to shape enterprise security architecture. As Senior IAM Lead, you will drive strategic initiatives for large-scale enterprise environments in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IAM strategies across global delivery centers.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and technical teams to align IAM solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee comprehensive IAM lifecycle management including user provisioning, access governance, authentication frameworks, and privileged access management.
  • Evaluate and integrate modern IAM tools, MFA solutions, and Zero Trust security frameworks to maintain cutting-edge security posture.
  • Ensure all IAM solutions meet stringent compliance standards, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements specific to the financial services industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT with minimum 10 years in IAM leadership roles within enterprise environments.
  • Proven mastery of IAM, MFA, SSO, and federation technologies including Ping Identity, Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, and similar enterprise solutions.
  • Strong foundation in security architecture, risk management, compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large global teams and managing complex, enterprise-level IAM transformation projects.
