Senior Business Intelligence Lead

This is a senior role that involves leveraging data analytics to drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales reporting and analytics, with a strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights that drive business strategies and sales performance.

They will be proficient in data visualization tools and reporting software, enabling the creation of dynamic dashboards and comprehensive reports that effectively communicate sales metrics and trends to stakeholders.

  • Becoming proficient in advanced data analysis techniques, including statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
  • Creating and maintaining complex data views and dashboards that present key sales insights and performance metrics to support various initiatives, including sales forums and leadership meetings.
  • Establishing and defining KPI dashboards to translate sales data into actionable insights, prioritize opportunities, and evaluate overall performance.
  • Owning the reporting process for daily, weekly, and monthly business metrics, delivering comprehensive insights to the senior management team to aid in business assessment and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales metrics and trends.
  • Providing expert guidance on data visualization best practices and ensuring that all reports and dashboards are visually appealing and easy to understand.
  • Maintaining and updating databases and data systems to ensure accuracy and reliability of sales data.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; a Master's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or a similar discipline is preferred.
  • 7-9 years of proven experience in sales reporting and analytics, with a strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights that drive business strategies and sales performance.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software, enabling the creation of dynamic dashboards and comprehensive reports that effectively communicate sales metrics and trends to stakeholders.
