Job Title: Performance Test Lead

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test cases, scripts, and plans to ensure the stability and responsiveness of applications under different loads.

They will work closely with development teams to identify and report defects, issues, and risks clearly and concisely. The ability to analyze performance results, troubleshoot, and provide insights for improvement is crucial in this role.

Additionally, they will document test results, track defects, and maintain accurate testing records. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Performance Testing : Expertise in conducting performance, load, and stress testing for applications.
  • Defect Tracking & Reporting : Ability to identify, document, and report defects/issues clearly and effectively.
  • Test Case/Script Development : Proficiency in developing detailed test cases, scripts, and plans based on project needs.
  • Collaboration & Communication : Strong teamwork skills to work closely with development and QA teams.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze performance results, troubleshoot, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Documentation : Accurate documentation of test results and defect tracking.
