Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Lead Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products by developing, implementing, and automating quality processes. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive defect reduction, enhance automation, and improve product performance.

Key responsibilities include building tools and tests that create exceptional customer experiences, developing and maintaining functional test cases, executing manual and automated test cases, tracking metrics, and documenting results of testing.

  • You will work closely with Agile squads to diagnose problems, report bugs, and implement enhancements.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is essential, along with exposure to using bug tracking and test case management tools.
  • A strong understanding of relational database models, GUI tools, and SQL is required, as well as experience testing multi-browser and mobile device systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related function is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of application testing experience is required, with expertise in use case generation, manual testing, and bug lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in C#, JUnit/TestNG, Jenkins, Playwright, Selenium, and SoapUI is necessary, along with experience in creating test automation scripts.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, excellent written and communication skills, and a passion for building amazing products are also essential.
