
User Growth Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Manager - User Growth to lead our user acquisition efforts. This is a critical role that requires a dynamic and self-starter individual who can drive marketing strategy, develop and execute aggressive multi-channel plans, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
About the Role
This Senior Manager will be responsible for crafting target audience segments, developing innovative marketing strategies, and driving penetration and brand awareness through digital marketing, PR, on-ground activations, and ATL & BTL communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting target audience segments and developing consumer personas to drive better adoption of various categories.
- Developing and executing aggressive multi-channel marketing plans to drive user acquisition and marketing automation.
- Working with Product/Analytics/City teams to deliver successful outcomes on critical marketing metrics (MAU, DAU, Acquisitions etc.).
- Conceptualizing marketing campaigns and building relevant workflows by segmenting the user base appropriately to identify opportunity areas in the user's lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Tier 1 undergrad with 2-4 years of relevant growth experience in consumer internet companies or consulting.
- Tier 1/2 MBA with relevant growth experience in consumer internet companies or consulting.
- Dynamic, self-starter, and highly motivated individual who would like to work in an intellectually and professionally challenging environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong comfort with data and ability to stitch stories and recommendations through data insights.
