Are you ready to lead the way in architecture and innovation? We are seeking a visionary Lead Architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure and production management team, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality architecture solutions that meet reliability, availability, scalability, and operational standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Engage with technical teams and business stakeholders to discuss and propose technical approaches to meet current and future needs.
  • Conduct architecture and operational reviews focused on resiliency and scale.
  • Evaluate recommendations and provide feedback on new technologies.
  • Design, develop, and implement creative infrastructure solutions that push the boundaries of conventional thinking.
  • Translate enterprise architecture concepts into practical, actionable standards that drive business growth.
  • Partner across Architecture, Engineering, DevRel, and SRE functions to deliver exceptional results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product development methodologies and contribute to the development of technical methods in specialized fields.
  • Participate in architecture governance bodies to shape the future of our organization.
  • Develop secure and high-quality production code, review and debug code written by others, and identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues.
Required Qualifications
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, plus 5+ years of applied experience.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, application development, and technical processes, with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and incident response.
  • Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems in one or more technical disciplines.
  • Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend the best solutions for the future state architecture.
  • Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
  • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native patterns, and service reliability.
  • Expertise in one or more programming language(s).
