Accounting Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Operations Specialist to manage accounting operations for our US-based portfolio. The role involves handling daily income audits, multi-currency bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily income journal loading and reconcile revenues with supporting reports from property management systems (PMS).
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in hotel accounting functions, including income journal loading, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Ability to work closely with US stakeholders and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mandatory 3+ years of experience in US hotel accounting.
