Senior Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our commercial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

About the Role:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, guaranteeing accurate financial records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and reconciliation of ledgers.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and managing working capital for business needs.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable laws.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits.
  • Maintain documentation and records to support audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, banking transactions, and maintain effective relationships with banks and other financial institutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership qualities and deep knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proven track record in financial planning and analysis.
