Key Responsibilities and Job Requirements

This role involves working on both functional and DB validations, ensuring the creation and maintenance of DB scripts, and developing a strong understanding of database mapping and query execution.

  • Roles include executing test scripts, preparing test data, and conducting peer review in accordance with QA processes.
  • Expected to possess a good knowledge of applications under test, as well as the ability to handle day-to-day testing activities efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate consistent judgement in assessing issue severity and provide inputs for project closure activities.
  • A strong background in automation testing, including experience with tools such as AWS and Cloud Terminologies, is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this position, we require:

  • Automation testing skills, preferably with experience in tools like Any Functional automation tool.
  • Strong knowledge of databases, including DB scripting and maintenance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of defects.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to think from a customer viewpoint and understand business complexities.
