Job Title: Oracle Apps DBA Expertise Sought

At a leading organization, we seek a skilled Oracle Apps DBA with expertise to administer and manage Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer installation configuration patching cloning upgrades for Oracle EBS R12.2 environments.
  • Perform database administration tasks including backup recovery performance tuning space management.
  • Apply patches updates ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Monitor troubleshoot performance issues in Oracle Applications Database environments.
  • Collaborate with developers functional infrastructure teams supporting ongoing operations.
  • Manage Concurrent Managers Workflow Forms/Reports Server within Oracle EBS.
  • Ensure high availability security scalability of Oracle EBS systems.
  • Handle cloning refresh activities for development test environments.
  • Implement maintain WebLogic Server OHS R12.2.
  • Collaborate on automation scripting routine DBA tasks.

Required Skills Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Oracle Apps DBA expertise in Oracle EBS 12.2.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Database 11g 12c 19c administration.
  • Experience in cloning patching upgrading Oracle EBS environments.
  • Knowledge of ADOP Online Patching Oracle EBS R12.2 file system architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with WebLogic Server OHS.
  • Familiarity with RMAN backups Data Guard disaster recovery strategies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for performance tuning issue resolution.
  • Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments shell scripting.
  • Excellent communication skills ability to work independently remotely.

Nice To Have:

Experience with Cloud OCI AWS Azure environments.

Exposure to automation tools Ansible Terraform for DBA tasks.

Knowledge of Oracle SOA Oracle Identity Management OIM or Oracle Fusion Middleware.
