Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Science Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end sales process in a B2B environment.

About You

">

You will have a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering and excellent communication (written & verbal) skills. Your ability to clearly articulate complex ideas will be key in this role.

Your Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • You will take ownership for enhancing the customer experience by utilizing consultative selling practices and guidelines to identify customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions.">
  • You will manage communication & relationship with customers, prospects and partners and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.">
  • You will prepare and explain products, solutions or services to a variety of audiences.">
  • You will develop sales collaterals (Business and technical presentations, Point of views, solution approaches etc.,)">
  • You will engage & drive end-to-end pre-sales activities for the company in Data Science & Applied AI domain.">
  • You will work closely with cross functional teams (Solution Architects, Engineering team and other sales support teams) towards meeting customer requirements.">
  • You will apply the right analysis frameworks and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions to complex business problems.">
  • You will bring thought leadership to conversations with customers, prospects and partners to methodically define business problems, capture requirements, scope the solution and support the closure of the deal.">
  • You will research and identify sales opportunities, generate leads, target identification and classification.">
  • You will report data to management and gather market intelligence.">
  • You may travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required.">

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering.">
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills.">
  • Understanding of sales cycle and sales techniques.">
  • Experience of B2B sales, customer communication and relationship management is preferable.">
  • Logical ability to understand client's needs and present solutions.">
  • Data driven mindset. Your plans and actions are backed by not just gut feeling but also customer/industry/market research.">
  • Attention to detail and sharp acumen to propagate your views in an effective manner.">
  • Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business, research, data science, Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Technologies.">
  • Excellent aptitude in business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques.">
  • Evidence of being a strong individual contributor and committed team player.">
  • Prior success in selling data science solutions in a fast-paced start-up environment.">
  • Exposure with working in international markets, and cross-functional across different business verticals.">
  • GCP technical expertise.">
  • Previous experience in working on AI/ML solutions.">
