Job Overview

The ideal candidate will provide technical applications support, working on defect fixes and new feature development, problem tickets, tasks, release, and change request activities. They will maintain both production and non-production Documentum environments.

  • Provide technical applications support for Documentum systems
  • Work on Defect fixes/new feature development, problem tickets, tasks etc
  • Maintenance of both production and non-production Documentum environments
  • Promote standard processes and follow GxP process

Experience in maintaining Documentum systems and following standard processes is highly desirable.

Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Technical knowledge of Documentum systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

In addition, experience with Documentum is highly desirable.
