Enterprise Project Performance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Performance specialist to implement, configure and operationalize EcoSys Hexagon for project portfolio management and project controls supporting programs.

The consultant will lead portfolio process configuration, cost control, forecasting, EVM integrations with upstream systems, e.g., SAP, SFDCE DW, and build standardized reporting analytics. EcoSys is an Enterprise Project Performance platform combining PPM, Project Controls, and Project Management in one solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure Portfolio Management: Establish baselines, progress capture, EAC-EVM calculations, variance analysis dashboards, implement standardized monthly cycle forecast accruals KPIs.
  • Integrate Systems: Orchestrate integrations between EcoSys and ERP, e.g., SAP, CRM, SFDC schedulers, Primavera P6MS, Project, EDW Snowflake IICS to enable single source reporting.
  • Build Dashboards and Reports: Create portfolio and project dashboards, KPI, cost schedule performance funding vs actuals leveraging EcoSys reports align to reporting cadences.
  • Develop Governance Framework: Translate governance into EcoSys processes gates approvals auditability author SOPs Runbooks and conduct user training.
  • Manage Program Execution: Engage program leads, finance controllers, PMs, and data teams, manage change requests and cutovers aligned to SoW deliverables.
