Senior Academic Counsellor Job Description

As a senior academic counsellor, you have the unique opportunity to lead and shape the tech career revolution. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

This position involves leading a high-performing team of business development associates and sales representatives. You will be responsible for coaching and training your team to consistently exceed conversion and revenue goals. Additionally, you will guide prospective learners through our CCBP 4.0 programs and help them envision their future in tech.

Key responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle - from initial outreach to product demos, closures, and post-sale support. You will also track team performance, identify improvement areas, and ensure targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a sales team (experience in EdTech is preferred).
  • Fluency in Kannada and strong English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and presentation abilities.
  • Sales-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping learners grow.
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
