Job Overview:

  • Handle production incidents and lead root cause analysis.
  • Enforce code quality, reviews, and technical documentation.
  • Rapidly prototype to validate technical solutions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration for seamless delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Expertise in at least one tech stack (Java, Python, Node.js, Go).
  • Strong design and system architecture skills in distributed systems.
  • Experience integrating AI in systems and development workflows.
  • Proven ability to build reusable frameworks and production systems.
  • Deep understanding of scalability, security, and performance.
  • Skilled in system monitoring, optimization, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, mentorship, and leadership abilities.
  • Agile, TDD, and CI/CD experience.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
