Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Project Manager to oversee our Technology Transfer projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including risk management strategies and contingency planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field, preferably with an MBA.
  • At least 9 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology transfer and formulation development.
  • Proven expertise in regulatory affairs, including knowledge of ICH, ANVISA, USFDA, and EMA guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of eCTD dossier modules and regulatory filing pathways.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
