We seek a ServiceNow Architect with 8+ years of experience in Software Asset Management to lead the design and implementation of SAM solutions.

Key Skills/Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) module.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery, specifically for hardware assets.
  • Proven experience designing complex integrations between ServiceNow SAM and other systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the hardware asset lifecycle, from strategic planning through deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, Service Portal, Custom Application Development, Scripting, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly as they apply to asset management.
