Job Title

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the student and faculty experience application landscape, organizational information systems, IT support and infrastructure systems, and future-state Technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive design, development, and implementation of all technology needs to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and drive a technology modernization roadmap, enabling speed of delivery and cost optimizations through effective project management.
  • Manage a 24/7 technology operation and continuously optimize usage of our infrastructure towards cost optimization by identifying and eliminating unnecessary expenses.
  • Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards to safeguard the organization's data and technology assets.
  • Develop relationships and work closely with all senior stakeholders, and other key leaders on a variety of strategic initiatives to drive growth and success.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and make informed decisions regarding the acquisition of technology resources and services to ensure maximum value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, minimum of 10 years of experience in education technology, and 20+ years in senior technology leadership roles.
