**Finance Data Manager - ERP Transformation Expert**

As a seasoned finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation project. Your expertise will ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all data-related deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as subject matter expert for finance data in the ERP transformation squad/work stream.
  • Collaborate with extract, transform, load (ETL) teams, chief data officer (CDO), and functional data experts to develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy.
  • Identify data impacts from interconnected systems and activities outside of S/4HANA.

You will be responsible for collaborating across teams to input data requirements into the global financial template design. Additionally, you will support data governance processes and data quality initiatives.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large data sets.

Proven leadership skills with an ability to take ownership, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues proactively. Strong collaboration skills and experience working across cross-functional teams.

Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a complex and changing environment.
