Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our security strategy across cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on system administration, deep AWS/cloud security expertise, persuasive executive communication, and sharp coordination of compliance deliverables under tight timelines.

Key responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide security operations across systems, infrastructure, and cloud platforms, driving system hardening and secure configuration across Linux/Windows environments, architecting and enforcing AWS security policies (IAM, SCP, GuardDuty, logging), presenting actionable risk insights and metrics to senior management and stakeholders, embedding security practices into the software development and testing lifecycle, managing rapid compliance and audit preparation (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR), ensuring fast turnaround times on InfoSec requests and escalations, and guiding user access control, data governance, and identity lifecycle management.

The role requires a proven track record of success in security leadership and system administration, with a strong background in AWS/cloud security proficiency (IAM, KMS, Terraform, VPC), experience in SDLC, code scanning, and secure testing methodologies, as well as hands-on coordination of certifications and GRC audits under short timelines.
