Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Veeva platform. This includes managing system activities, resolving issues, and implementing enhancements. You will work closely with business teams to implement changes, manage project plans, and drive operational improvements in our production systems.

You will also be responsible for learning and applying industry knowledge and building understanding of business processes to deliver robust technology support for Veeva systems. Additionally, you will participate in knowledge-sharing activities with others within your team through existing knowledge-sharing processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field;
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in service delivery, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Strong technical support and operations management experience;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues;
  • Good knowledge of analytics and quantitative methods;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
