Governance and Policy Expert

The Governance and Policy team is looking for a skilled professional to support research, analysis, and policy development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of governance structures, politics, and the ability to analyze complex data.

  • Job Description: Support research, gather data, prepare reports, contribute to drafting policy documents, manifestos, and recommendations under supervision.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Minimum degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Social Sciences, Law, Engineering, or related fields; prior experience in policy research, governance projects, or political consulting is desirable; excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Key Responsibilities: Conduct background research, analyse data, support preparation of actionable reports, contribute to drafting policy documents, assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and summaries.
  • Requirements: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, passion for public sector impact, proactive attitude, willingness to travel if needed, excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
