Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates for IT positions, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Assist in screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews to ensure the best fit for our clients.
  • Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews and provide timely updates to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and job openings to ensure efficient recruitment processes.
  • Help in writing and posting job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
  • Participate in networking events and job fairs to expand our candidate pool and build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Research industry trends to improve recruitment strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Utilize recruitment software and tools for effective candidate management and to streamline the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • No prior recruitment experience is necessary; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Genuine interest in IT and recruitment processes is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques is necessary to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment is crucial to success in this role.
  • Basic knowledge of IT roles and the tech industry is an advantage, but not required.
