Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Overview:
This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting timesheet data and payroll information, entering data into payroll and administrative databases, calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions and commissions, preparing and processing paychecks and cash deposits, maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions, responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns, performing payroll reconciliations, preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes, and lodging income tax and termination payments.
">Required Skills & Experience:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field is required. 4 to 6 years of experience in the field is also necessary. Good communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
- Proficiency with payroll software, as well as strong documentation and excel skills, are must-haves for this position.
- The ideal candidate will have reliability and honesty, along with the ability to work based on shift timings.
- Multi-country payroll and taxation knowledge is highly desirable.
