Sales Support Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Application Specialist to join our team in the life sciences field. The successful candidate will provide sales support for bio and pathology image analysis, working closely with customers, collaborators, and internal teams to understand needs and challenges, design and conduct bioimaging experiments, analyze and interpret data, and provide technical support and training.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to learn independently. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in biomedical engineering, medical physics, biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field, with at least three years of research or industry experience in the field of bioimaging.

The role involves providing sales support for bio and pathology image analysis, including sending emails to customers, distributing campaigns, managing customer lists, organizing sales cases, and using generative AI. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development and improvement of bioimaging products and services through feedback and proposals based on their expertise and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support for bio and pathology image analysis.

  • Conduct bioimaging experiments, analyze and interpret data, and provide technical support and training.
  • Work closely with customers, collaborators, and internal teams to understand needs and challenges.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of bioimaging products and services through feedback and proposals.

Requirements:

  • PhD in biomedical engineering, medical physics, biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field.
  • At least three years of research or industry experience in the field of bioimaging.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to learn independently.
  • Experience in CRM tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to work with international clients and communicate effectively in English.
  • Flexibility to commit to this role and adapt to changing circumstances.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the biotechnology, research, or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of Rython and R programming languages.
  • Ability to read and write basic Japanese (e.g., product names).
