Lead Agile Delivery and Governance

This role is responsible for leading Agile delivery, ensuring the governance of Azure DevOps, and overseeing the management of the Monday.com platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile ceremonies, sprint artifacts, and Azure DevOps access. Additionally, they should be proficient in platform sustainment, business requirements, platform issues, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning sessions, and Retrospectives to drive team collaboration and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain velocity metrics, backlog in Azure DevOps, and track progress towards goals.
  • Approve and manage user access, ensure security and compliance, and govern roles within Azure DevOps.
  • Oversee integrations, custom boards, and automations on the Monday.com platform to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks to drive project success.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, provide technical support, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Pursue continuous improvement in Agile practices, platform governance, and delivery efficiency to drive excellence in IT service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSM).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com, Azure DevOps, integrations, custom boards, and automations.
  • Experience in application sustainment, platform support, and working in large enterprise environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
