Lean Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced Lean practitioner to lead our site's continuous improvement initiatives.

  • This role involves developing and implementing lean strategies to enhance manufacturing methods, streamline operations, and drive innovation across the site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of lean principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coach and develop teams. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that drive sustainable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery.

This is a challenging role that requires 12–15 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in lean tools, project management, and data-driven decision making.
