Lead Paint Shop Maintenance Specialist

Stellantis is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing paint shop equipment, ensuring smooth operations with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on paint shop equipment, including pretreatment, electro deposition, paint booths, robots, ovens, conveyors, air handling units, and chillers.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation issues.
- Manage spare parts inventory for paint shop equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in engineering or relevant field preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in paint shop maintenance, preferably in an automotive OEM environment.
- Strong knowledge of paint shop processes and equipment, as well as robot troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with automation systems (PLC, HMI).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with total productive maintenance and root cause analysis tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
