Job Title: DevOps Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage our DevOps team and practices. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.

About the Role:
  • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end DevOps pipelines that automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Drive automation of CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
  • Ensure smooth containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (preferably AKS - Azure Kubernetes Service).
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, or App Insights.
  • Establish security best practices, including secrets management, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance within Azure.

Responsibilities include:

Lead the design and implementation of DevOps pipelines and related technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and efficiency in CI/CD processes.

Develop and maintain robust monitoring and logging capabilities to ensure system reliability.

Design and implement scalable architecture for containerized applications.

About You:
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its core services.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration – Docker, Kubernetes (AKS preferred).

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform.

CI/CD pipeline management skills.

Containerization and orchestration expertise.

DevOps engineering background.

Preferred Qualifications:

Azure certification.

Experience with agile methodologies.

Cloud security expertise.
