Business Analyst - EH&S

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of EH&S business processes and systems.

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact between the EH&S function and IT departments, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage EH&S-related IT projects from requirements gathering to delivery, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Perform thorough business analysis, translating EH&S business needs into actionable IT requirements and solutions.
  • Act as Service Manager for EH&S applications and platforms, guaranteeing stability, compliance, and usability.
  • Oversee incident, request, and release management activities for EH&S applications, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
  • Collaborate with global process owners to ensure alignment of local needs with international standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within the enterprise landscape, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Monitor service performance and enforce SLA adherence, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure EH&S applications meet regulatory requirements, mitigating risk and ensuring operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Extensive knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems, including SAP EH&S, Enablon, or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience in project management, with expertise in the end-to-end IT project lifecycle.
  • Good understanding of ITIL practices, including incident, change, release, and problem management.
  • Hands-on experience with service and vendor management, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.
  • Strong ability to bridge IT and business functions, driving alignment and delivering value.
  • Experience working in global environments with multiple business units and process owners, with a keen awareness of cultural and regional nuances.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for EH&S systems, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
