Professional Opportunities in Banking and Finance

We are seeking accomplished professionals to fill various banking and finance roles, including pensions, approved retirement funds (ARFs), savings & investments, individual personal retirement savings accounts- IPs, and senior analyst positions.

Pensions Role:
  • Manage written inquiries from policyholders and insurance financial advisors (IFAs)
  • Process back-office insurance tasks efficiently
  • Respond professionally to complaints and resolve issues

Mandatory skills: Strong written communication, knowledge of insurance operations, customer service, and compliance with UK industry regulations.

Approved Retirement Fund (ARF) Role:
  • Administer post-retirement ARF processes effectively
  • New business input, income payments, surrenders, top-ups, and fund switches management

Mandatory skills: Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, 2+ years of experience in retirement fund operations, strong data entry and reconciliation skills, familiarity with ARF products and compliance standards.

Savings & Investments Role:
  • Process savings and investment activities for new business efficiently
  • Data input, investment updates, special underwriting cases, conversions, and electronic data matching

Mandatory skills: Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, 2+ years of experience in financial or insurance operations, strong Excel skills, and in-depth knowledge of savings and investment products.

Individual Personal Retirement Savings Account- IP Role:
  • Manage written inquiries and resolve customer issues
  • Process back-office operations like claims and alterations
  • Handle complaints and support customer satisfaction

Mandatory skills: Strong written communication, knowledge of life and pension policy servicing, attention to detail, customer service, and compliance with UK insurance regulations.

Senior Analyst Role:
  • Lead end-to-end operations across Life & Pensions sub-processes
  • Drive delivery excellence through domain-specific centers of excellence

Mandatory skills: 15+ years of experience in insurance operations with deep domain expertise in Life & Pensions, strong knowledge of Irish regulatory requirements, multi-location team leadership, process and quality management.

Team Lead Role:
  • Supervise ARF Post-Retirement and New Business S&I teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing

Mandatory skills: Bachelor's degree in business or finance, 5+ years of experience in financial operations with 2+ years in a supervisory role, strong understanding of ARF and investment products, and experience in team leadership.

Quality Assurance Specialist Role:
  • Conduct audits across ARF and S&I transactions
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards

Mandatory skills: Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or financial operations, strong knowledge of ARF and investment products, and proficiency in Excel and audit tools.
