Job Title: Social Media Strategist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled social media strategist to join our team. As a social media strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

You will work closely with our creative designer to design and run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to generate quality leads. Your primary goal will be to create engaging ad copies, campaign content, and captions that connect with students and parents.

In addition to your social media expertise, you should have strong knowledge of SEO basics, campaign funnels, and analytics tools. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager.

As a social media strategist, you will also be responsible for innovating with campaign strategies for scholarship tests, education fairs, school outreach, and admissions push. You will stay updated with the latest trends in social media, paid ads, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage daily social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Design, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to generate quality leads.
  • Collaborate with the creative designer to deliver high-converting ad creatives, reels, and graphics.
  • Write engaging ad copies, campaign content, and captions that connect with students and parents.
  • Track & analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager.
  • Manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage prospective students and improve conversion rates.
  • Align closely with the Admissions & Outreach team to ensure lead quality and conversion optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management + paid marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO basics, campaign funnels, and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
