Public Relations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team in Mumbai.

  1. Media Relations:
  • Draft and disseminate press releases, media kits, speeches, and other PR materials to establish strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media professionals.
  • Act as a spokesperson when necessary and respond to media inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of media coverage and share relevant insights with stakeholders.
  1. Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Create engaging press releases, media kits, speeches, and other PR materials that effectively communicate key messages to various audiences.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Design and execute PR campaigns to drive brand awareness and support product launches.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
  1. Event Coordination:
  • Plan and organize press conferences, product launches, and other PR events that showcase the company's products and services.
  • Evaluate the success of events and make recommendations for future improvements.
  1. Crisis Management:
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address negative publicity proactively and effectively.
  • Communicate key messages to stakeholders during times of crisis or controversy.
  1. Brand Monitoring:
  • Monitor and analyze public perception of the brand or organization through various channels.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the brand's reputation and maintain a positive image.
  1. Stakeholder Communication:
  • Coordinate internal communication strategies to ensure alignment with external PR goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including media professionals, customers, and partners.
