We are seeking a highly experienced Backend Software Engineer to help drive the technical vision for our Product-Led Growth team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead system design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate across teams to architect reliable, secure, efficient, and scalable solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Make strategic technical decisions and effectively communicate rationale to engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our custom data platform, helping to modernize it while improving extensibility and performance.
Requirements:
  • No less than 15 years of experience in backend software engineering.
  • Expertise in service request workflows, structured service automation, or approval-driven orchestration engines.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, and relational databases such as MySQL/Aurora.
  • Strong expertise in frameworks like React, Redux, and GraphQL.
  • Experience with testing libraries like Cypress, Jest, and React Testing Library.

  • Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, GraphQL
  • DevOps & Monitoring: DataDog, CI/CD tools
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes (nice-to-have)
