About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marine Structure Expert to join our team dedicated to sustainable coastal development. The successful candidate will lead high-profile port projects, driving innovation and excellence in marine infrastructure design, planning, and construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Construction of Marine Structures: Develop and implement optimal designs for marine infrastructure, ensuring performance, stability, and sustainability in challenging coastal environments.
  • Coastal Engineering Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of coastal engineering to optimize port infrastructure performance, stability, and sustainability.
  • Structural & Geotechnical Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to ensure long-term durability and stability of marine structures under varying tidal and wave conditions.
  • Project Management & Coordination: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to execute marine construction works successfully.
  • Environmental & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that construction processes meet environmental regulations and safety standards, minimizing impacts on the coastal ecosystem.
  • Construction Supervision: Provide on-site guidance and oversight to ensure quality and timely delivery of marine structures.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in marine structure design, construction, and project execution, along with a strong academic foundation in coastal and marine engineering principles.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Post Graduate degree in Marine Structures or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in coastal or marine construction
  • Proficiency in marine engineering software (e.g., MIKE21, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro)
  • Strong knowledge of coastal processes, including hydrodynamics, wave modeling, and sediment transport
  • Experience with risk management and cost-effective solutions for marine infrastructure
