We are seeking a seasoned MEP Project Engineer to fill this challenging role.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection systems, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-rise residential projects or commercial buildings is required, with excellent planning skills and the ability to manage task-oriented groups effectively.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel is essential, as well as the ability to work within stringent financial, quality, and time-bound targets.
  • This role requires a result-oriented individual who can supervise contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure that work follows specifications and meets deadlines.
  • Additionally, they will inspect work sites for code compliance and safety hazards, facilitate problem-solving among subcontractors, clients, and vendors, and validate design issues related to fire fighting.
