Job Title: Servicing Manager for Global Corporate Actions About the Role:The Senior Associate - COCE Trade Processing position is responsible for overseeing and managing Corporate Actions across global positions. The position ensures efficient processing, timely notifications, accurate bookings, smooth election processes, and effective reconciliation, while minimizing operational and market risks. Key Responsibilities:This role involves direct setup and management of Corporate Actions in operating systems, monitoring actions across reliefs, and identification of eligible global positions. It also includes following up on events' announcements, forecasts, and deadlines to ensure accurate notifications and bookings in general books and recording systems. Additionally, this role involves managing election processes for voluntary events with internal teams, compiling aggregated instructions, and ensuring proper receipt by custodians/agents. The role also encompasses handling all Corporate Action types within the team's scope, providing regular reporting to hierarchy, and contributing proactively in meetings. Contributing Responsibilities:This role requires adherence to compliance rules and mitigation of operational/reputational risks. It also involves escalating promptly when operational risks are detected, maintaining strong relationships with domestic agents, custodians, and other internal departments, and keeping management informed about potential issues or risks. Requirements:This role requires expertise in Corporate Actions, experience in trade processing, and knowledge of relevant systems.
