Job Opportunity: Data Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced data management professional to help us design, build and maintain systems that organize critical business data.

This role requires someone who understands both the technical setup and how to work with clients and team members to deliver reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with data management platforms to set up and customize data solutions.
  • Create and manage data models (structures that define how information is stored and linked).
  • Help design and build ways to connect systems using APIs, ETL tools or web services.
  • Collaborate with the team to find the best technical options and guide them in development.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance or integration.
  • Support teams in setting up and configuring data management platforms.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience working with data management platforms.
  • Good knowledge of programming languages like Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Understanding of data models and how systems store information.
  • Ability to use coding/debugging tools.
  • Bonus: Data management certification or knowledge of related technologies.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
