Chief Software Engineering Officer

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to join our organization and lead the development of innovative software solutions.
This role involves overseeing a team of engineers and driving the delivery of high-quality products and services in modern technologies at scale.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with a minimum of 12+ years of experience and at least 5 years of experience as a people manager.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- API management and integration expertise
- Agile/Scrum model knowledge and experience
- DevOps and incident management skills
- Continuous integration and source control tool proficiency
A proven track record of successful project implementation from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancements is essential for this role.
Knowledge of API security concepts, including OIDC and OAuth2.0, is highly desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively communicate with team members and business leaders.
