Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) product development specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our GNSS business in India.

  • You will analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • You will research and analyze GNSS market trends, including new technologies and market research reports.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote project development and target completion.
  • You will grow GNSS revenue in India and guide local sales teams to develop customers.
  • You will track regional marketing trends, conduct competitor analysis, and implement effective countermeasures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A bachelor's degree in communication, electronics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 5 years of work experience in the wireless communication industry, preferably in the GNSS area.
  3. Sales manager or marketing manager background in the GNSS industry.
  4. A strong understanding of GNSS-related products.
  5. Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus.
  6. The ability to facilitate dynamic discussions, gather information from experts, understand customer needs, and turn them into products and features.
  7. Strong communication skills, clear verbal communication, and explicit written communication skills.
  8. Good business acumen and gravitas to present business cases to non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Excellent presentational skills.
  10. Team management experience preferred.
  11. Extensive travel required.
  12. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, attention to detail.
  13. Excellent learning ability, innovative, goal-oriented.
