Financial Management Position

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to lead our company's financial activities, including monthly reporting, automation of the invoice process, and statutory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial performance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive financial statements to executive management for review, providing insights into budgeting, cash flow, turnover, customer outstanding, and collection statement.
  • Automation and Integration: Work with the team to automate the invoice process and expense module, integrating Tally Prime with banking and sales/purchase ERPs solutions.
  • Statutory Compliance and Banking Support: E-file returns and assessments, including Income Tax (TDS, Transfer Pricing, Advance Tax Projections, and routine implications), Routine and Case-specific issues under GST and P.F.
  • Liaising with Auditors and Finalisation: Liaise and coordinate with external auditors for successful completion of annual audits and completion of appropriate ROC/MCA filings.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • CA/M.Com/MBA with Finance.
  • Minimum 15+ years' experience in manufacturing or forging industry.
Skills:
  • Multi-function experience within finance department for managing monthly reporting and quarterly presentation of results to the Board.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Packages viz. Tally Features for automation, audit, and Advanced Excel Knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of provisions of TDS, Income Tax, and GST provisions applicable to BPO/KPOs.
  • Expert knowledge in Auditing and Accounting Reporting Standards applicable to SMEs as defined under the Companies Act, 2013.
