Client Service Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate client needs into actionable event strategies for Exhibitions and Conferences.
  • Coordinate with technical, production, and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of event solutions.
  • Oversee planning and execution of events, ensuring technical aspects align with client expectations and industry standards.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor event progress, gather feedback, and develop actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive reports and documentation on client interactions and event outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client servicing and account management within the event technology, Exhibitions, Conferences or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in planning and executing events or large-scale projects, with an understanding of event tech software and solutions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with client feedback systems and performance metrics to drive service improvements.
