Job Overview

">
  • In-depth knowledge of corrective & preventive maintenance of 200/300mm Wet Benches (SES, DNS, FSI Zeta) and Single wafer processing tools is essential for success in this role.
  • Able to perform robot teaching & adjustments for the mentioned tools.
  • Maintenance of WET etch equipment's is a key responsibility.
  • In-charge for PM planning, consumable procurement, and parts management tasks.
  • Able to perform complex troubleshooting's, perform root cause analysis using Fish bone/8D and 4D methodology, and resolve tool issues effectively.
  • Brief knowledge on Brooks & Assyst SMIFs is required.
  • Able to execute all tasks safely with good housekeeping practices.
  • Mitsubishi/Omron PLC experience is an added advantage.
  • Sub-systems like CDS, DI heaters, Ozone generators, and chillers require a good understanding.
  • Knowledge in chemical safety protocols is necessary.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance.
  • Degree/Diploma in engineering with relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
  • A positive attitude, good team player, self-driven, able to work independently, or as part of a team environment are desirable traits.
