Job Overview

FatakPay is a leading company seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Development Manager to join our team.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented individual who can develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients in MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to understand and meet the needs of our customers.

Main Duties:

  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with major clients to ensure their loyalty to FatakPay.
  • Gather a thorough understanding of client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously offering innovative solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Serve as the link between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints faced by customers to maintain trust.
  • Promote new sales opportunities to turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Requirements and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a key account manager.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
