Job Opportunity
A Zuora billing expert is needed to deploy and maintain smooth subscription billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Zuora billing modules, subscription models, and pricing plans.
- Support integrations with CRM/ERP systems like Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Participate in requirement gathering with business teams to deliver billing solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Zuora for accurate billing cycles and invoice generation.
- Automate recurring billing processes using Zuora workflows.
- Generate standard reports related to subscriptions, billing schedules, and revenue recognition.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Experience with Zuora platform (2+ years).
- Understanding of subscription billing workflows, amendments, renewals, and invoice cycles.
- Exposure to rate plans, billing rules, and product catalog setup.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, data migration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Zuora Certification (Zuora Billing Certified Administrator) is an advantage.
