Job Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced GIS professionals to join our team as ArcGIS Utility Network Engineers. The ideal candidates will have experience in ArcGIS Enterprise administration, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with clients to conduct needs assessments, gather technical requirements, and design robust ArcGIS Utility Network solutions tailored to their specific business needs.
  • Lead and execute all phases of Utility Network projects from initial design and configuration to full implementation and deployment within client ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
  • Architect and perform complex data migration from legacy GIS, CAD, and other systems into the Utility Network. Develop sophisticated ETL workflows for multiple clients with varying data schemas and quality.
  • Provide ongoing remote administration, maintenance, and support for our clients' Utility Network deployments. This includes performance monitoring, utility network maintenance activities, data quality checks, version management, service publishing, and ensuring system uptime.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, provide expert-level user support, and develop advanced network analysis tools.
  • Assist the business development team in technical pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience delivering solutions with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro.
  • Proven project experience implementing Esri's Utility Network, including advanced data modeling, rule configuration, and subnetwork management.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or multi-client environment.
  • Strong proficiency in enterprise geodatabase administration (SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL) and data migration strategies.

Desired Technical Skills:

  • Esri certified ArcGIS Utility Network Professional.
  • Direct experience across multiple utility domains is highly desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency with Python (ArcPy) for automation and ArcGIS Arcade for implementing business logic.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
