Job Title: Data Annotation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Annotation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Labeled Data organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality data annotation that drives better customer search experiences.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. You will work closely with machine learning teams to improve semantic matching, ranking, computer vision, image processing, and augmented reality models.

  • You will provide timely and quality data annotation for various workflows, following established guidelines and protocols.
  • You will maintain records of your work by updating trackers or workflow tools as necessary.
  • You will contribute to project improvement and operational excellence ideas.
  • You will proactively raise issues that may impact core deliverables or operations.
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting business metrics and goals, including SLA, production, and quality targets.
  • Working with minimal direction to achieve results.
  • Maintaining accurate records of day-to-day work.
  • FOLLOWING SOP/guidelines or manager's instructions.
  • Contributing to project improvement and operational excellence ideas.
  • Providing timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks.
  • Proactively raising issues that may impact core deliverables or operations.
  • Analyzing data and evaluating trends/patterns to recommend generic patterns.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to process and conducting root cause analysis.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Bonus Qualifications

Advanced Excel skills would be a valuable asset.
