Technical Consultant for MS-Dynamics 365 F&O

The role of a Technical Consultant for MS-Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations involves providing technical support to our client's India office in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive technical requirements are captured.
  2. Analyse requirements from Business Process leads and key stakeholders to deliver required technical solutions.

  5. Support testing activities and training end users if required.
  6. Assist with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom/3rd party applications as needed.
  7. Ensure MS standards are followed, and the system is configured optimally for performance.
  8. Maintain, manage, and support the D365 application post-implementation.
  9. Manage version control for custom code, builds, releases, and deployment.
  10. Work closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions.
  11. Develop quality documentation as per industry standards.
  12. Manage and maintain security roles and user access management.
  13. Support DRA, printer, and scanner-related requirements.
  14. Create, manage, and maintain workflows.
  15. Create, manage, maintain, and monitor batch jobs.

Qualifications:

  1. Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations or D365 F&O.
  2. D365 Support experience.
  3. Understanding of printers, handheld scanners, and F&O as a cloud-hosted application.
