As a Senior Wealth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and onboarding High Net Worth Individuals (HNI), Ultra HNI (UHNI), and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional client engagement, relationship building, and the ability to craft customized wealth strategies aligned with client objectives.
About the Role:
- Drive new client acquisition across HNI/UHNI/NRI segments by fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand client goals, risk tolerance, and wealth aspirations.
- Pitch and onboard clients across Mutual Funds (MFs), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Bonds, Insurance, and Trading accounts.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly client acquisition and revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate with Research & Product Development teams to position investment opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies through seminars/webinars, networking events, and referrals.
- Maintain high Customer Relationship Management (CRM) hygiene by ensuring updated client interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
- Adhere to compliance, documentation, and process standards to ensure seamless operations.
